Topiary...the art of shaping plants into sculptural form is as old
as horticulture itself. Topiary Stakes &/or Trellises...that is, the idea of using
another form to aid in the support and presentation of plants... is nearly as old. The
idea of Garden Sculpture, the notion of celebrating the magical kingdom of plants (and
animals) by the placement of natural or imaginative forms into our gardens has also been
with us for as long as we have recognized our kindred spirit.
BROOKS DESIGN has been making high quality aluminum Topiary Frames, Stakes,
Trellises, Garden Sculptures and Garden Accessories since 1993... organic sculptures of wood, stone and metal since 1981.

I personally design, create, finish, pack and send to the shippers every item
on every sales order request. That says a lot of what BROOKS DESIGN is and is not
about. That means you get personal, one on one service to your order...including the highest
quality aluminum alloys, sound welds and hand wrapped joints, filed edges, and a
finished presentation which includes full attention to design and details. That also means that
I love to infuse that "quality" factor into my work and as such I will only be
able to fulfill your order in no less than the amount of time required to do it right..and to do
it well. Although many orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, please allow
up to 30 business days.
Since 1993, BROOKS DESIGN has wholesaled to fine Nursery, Garden and Topiary
centers in the United States and Canada and will continue to do so in the future.
Now you can directly purchase items in our upscale lines where pricing generally starts around
$100 (See the Specials page for new and older items.). There will be no
underselling out from under our wholesale customers.
Discounts begin at quantities of 3+ and 10+ of a given design. Please inquire for more information.
Buyers and Resellers may copy or print the Sales Agreement (two pages),
and/or the full Price Sheet 2016+ (about 12 pages).
As metal markets fluctuate, CURRENT PRICES ARE ALWAYS ON THE PRICE SHEET and supersede any and all other pricing elsewhere. Please consult before placing any orders.

How to order:

First Way:
- See the Sales Agreement (see below).
- Check the item(s) you wish to purchase directly on the
... Orders for Arches, Arbors, & Pergolas, or
Orders for Garden Art & Accessories, or
Orders for Gates & Tables, or
Orders for Stakes & Trellises, or
Orders for Topiary Forms, or
Specials Page of new products, custom orders or special requests... web pages.
- Fill in the online form at the bottom of each page and
press "Submit."
- For custom or special orders only, please use the form on the
Specials page. Otherwise use the form at the bottom of the Orders pages. Please fill
out all the fields of the form, including your comments, and press "Submit."
- A copy of the Sales Agreement confirming your order, delivery dates, and
the final total charges (including any shipping and handling, taxes, etc.) will be
sent to you, usually within 1-2 business days.
- Sign the Sales Agreement and send it, along with your payment in US dollars (checks
drawn on US banks only, certified checks or money orders required for all others) or
Apple Pay (PREFERRED) or PayPal (PREFERRED).
- Your order and its order schedule will begin upon
the receipt of the signed Sales Agreement and the successful processing
of your payment.
Second Way:
- Print out a blank copy of the Sales Agreement form (it may be helpful to
also copy the Orders page). Fill out the form completely, indicating the items you wish to order. Sign the
form only after you have previously contacted us for the shipping and handling charges, export fees, etc.,
so that you are aware of any and all charges related to your order. Include any comments you may have.
Then fax or mail the completed forms to BROOKS DESIGN. Do not prepay at this time.
- A copy of your signed Sales Agreement confirming your order, delivery dates, and the final total charges
(including any shipping and handling, taxes, etc.) will be
returned to you, usually within 1-2 business days.
- Send your payment in US dollars (checks
drawn on US banks only, certified checks or money orders required for all others) or
Apple Pay (PREFERRED) or PayPal (PREFERRED).
- Your order and its order schedule will begin upon the
receipt of the signed Sales Agreement and the successful processing
of your payment.

Custom Orders |

Custom orders are fun. They can add tremendously to your enjoyment. I have
done many, many custom orders and they have all been quite successful.
The key to a successful custom order is communication. Please contact us with
your request. Simple requests can often proceed upon prepayment and acceptance by
BROOKS DESIGN. All other custom order requests will require a Formal Quote Workup, which is
initiated by a prepaid, non-refundable Design Fee minimum of $500 (applied to the final
